Productivity - TDL

With the recent set back, I relooked into my system, & decided to re-org my current availabilities.

I am looking for 3 basic things:
1. Productivity
2. Ease of use
3. Recycle

I came cross a couple paper system which i have given a try, but they did not last long. I kept them with me thinking that i will use them, someday, but i soon gave up.

What you see in this picture is my Quarter-To-Do-List.
I am using recycle paper, fold it into quarters, and i pen down the list starting from the 1st Quarter. The list goes on to the last Quarter. By doing this, I can see the outstanding items that have been hanging for the past few days. Once an item is completed, I will strike it off with a RED pen.

Storage for this is easy - I just have to keep them in my Traveler's Notebook - compact, neat and tidy.

Next.... my Hipster PDA.
