5.0 out of 5 stars fab running light, 23 Oct 2009

This review is from: Ring Cyba-Lite Sprint Led Headlight (Sports)
I brought this light as I live in a rural area with very little street lighting and being a runner that runs off road in the morning before work I wanted to be able to see the path infront of me so that I could avoid cow pats, rabbit holes and tree roots!
I have never used a light like this before and spent some time looking at them wondering which one to get. It needed to be bright, stay in place whilst running, and not be too heavy.
Well, this little light is fantastic, I really recommend it.
It does all that I had hoped for and was surprisingly comfortable whilst running. It lights the path infront of me well and does not move when I'm running. It does have the option to be clipped on but I've not used it that way.
If like me you run in the dark winter mornings and need to see the path that your running I highly recommend this.
It arrived quickly and the price was much better than the ones I looked at in the shops.

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple and small but well worth the money, 18 Nov 2008

I bought this lamp to mount on my cycle helmet. The lamp is very small and light-weight, with a norrow but well defined beam and adjustable angle, therefore ideal for that purpose. The beam is much better than larger head torches I've tried. Uses 2016 lithium biutton cells which give a remarkable amount of light considering their size. Obviously duration is not as good as larger cells but still several hours. No bells and whistles eg flashing light, but a well made little lamp that I think should last well.

    5.0 out of 5 stars Shine a Light, 1 Jan 2009
This review is from: Ring Cyba-Lite Sprint Led Headlight (Sports)
I bought one of these because I needed a head torch and I look daft in all the others I tried. This one is the smallest i,ve seen. It has proved to be the best I have used. It is very light very bright fully adjustable (angle of beam)and so easy to transport it could easily be lost. A good bright light which is easy to focus and follow and comfortable to wear.
I agree with the other reviewer on battery life. I haven,t timed mine yet but do get several hours per set (I use it quite a lot). Can,t praise it enough and bought one for my wife. I use it in the hills but have found it invaluable for all kinds of activities at night including breakdowns. My comparisons with other lights is based on what I use it for and how often. It does not have the length of beam some have and changing batteries in the dark is fiddly but I wouldn,t be without it.
