Cooper Snapped Up By Terriers

Posted on: Fri 08 Jul 2011

Liam Cooper has joined League One side Huddersfield Town on a season-long loan deal in a bid to gain further senior experience.

The 19-year-old defender, who is a product of the Tigers' youth system and a former Scottish U19 international, made three appearances for City's first team last season and also spent a spell on loan with Carlisle United.

Cooper will now aim to be a regular in the Huddersfield side as they look to go one step further than last season when they were beaten in the League One play-off final.
