Sense of Self Website

Where people of African descent can find validations for rational perceptions.

Human nature causes people to interpret history and current events in a manner that validates themselves. Consequently the interpretations of the group that controls the media, education, economics and politics are promoted as truths even when those interpretations conflict with facts. This creates confusion and frustration for African people in a Western environment, particularly when rational perceptions are treated as ancillary or invalid. This site offers information and resources that validate the rational perceptions of African people.
