The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Kurt Angle's roadside BAC of .091 is inadmissible in the state of Virginia. Apparently the roadside test is only used to help determine if the individual is intoxicated. It is one of a series of roadside tests. Angle did fail all six tests.

Angle was tested again at the police station and his BAC was at .06, below the legal limit of .08. While his was below the legal limit, anyone can be charged for .05 and above if they are taking prescription medication, however this would require a blood test. There has been no word on if that test was administered or not. If that test was not ordered, then it is highly unlikely the District Attorney would prosecute the case.
