Recipe Name: Mushroom Meatloaf

Ingredient List and Recipe Steps:

Preheat oven on 375 degrees

2 lbs hamburger, 1 onion, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, ritz crackers and 1 can of mushrooms.

Mix all ingredients together. Take a can of mushrooms and sprinkle across the top of the meatloaf. Bake in oven for 1-1.5 hours.

Servings: 14 servings

Comments: You can serve it with anything...Fried potatoes,macaroni cheese or mashed potatoes.
