    No service between Gunnersbury and Richmond due to a signal failure at Richmond. Minor delays are occurring between Gunnersbury and Stratford.

    • Blackfriars

      Closed until late 2011. Please use Temple and Mansion House stations. Tickets are also accepted on bus 388 between Mansion House and Embankment.

      Journey times may be increased by up to 10 minutes.

    • Tottenham Court Road

      From Sunday 3 April until Friday 25 November 2011, Northern line trains will not stop at this station. Central line trains will operate as usual.

      Customers for the Northern line should use nearby Goodge Street or Leicester Square stations. Customers travelling on the Central line should change at Oxford Circus for the Victoria line to Warren street or Bakerloo line to Charing Cross for the Northern line.

    • Acton Town

      No step free access to the eastbound platform due to a faulty lift.

    • Bank

      Until late autumn 2011 there will be no step free lift access to the DLR platforms and a reduced escalator service between Bank station and the DLR. For the easiest route to/from street level and the DLR use Monument station. Advice if you arrive at Bank on the Waterloo & City line: For the DLR use the moving walkway and follow signs to the DLR via the Northern line ticket hall.

    • Blackhorse Road

      Reduced escalator service from Monday 26 September until early November 2011.

    • Bond Street

      Reduced escalator service until further notice.

    • Charing Cross

      Until further notice, the Trafalgar Square entrance of Charing Cross station is closed for escalator replacement work. Please use the main entrance on The Strand (underneath Charing Cross National Rail station)

    • Covent Garden

      GOING TO COVENT GARDEN? Covent Garden station gets very busy at weekends and in the evenings, but you can avoid the crowds by walking there from Leicester Square (6 minutes) or Holborn (9 minutes). The short walk is clearly signposted above ground and maps are on display at both stations.

    • Earl's Court

      No step-free access available to the Piccadilly line platforms until further notice due to planned maintenance work. Use the District line to/from Hammersmith for alternative routes.

    • Green Park

      Reduced escalator service until early December 2011.

    • Green Park

      No step-free access to the Piccadilly line due to a faulty lift.

    • Heathrow Central (1-2-3)

      FLYING FROM HEATHROW? You are advised to check in as early as possible. Check the instructions on your ticket, from your travel agent or booking website or with your airline directly. Before travelling visit www.baa.com/heathrow or contact your airline to confirm which terminal you require. Please note that Oyster Cards, Travelcards and Freedom Passes are not valid on Heathrow Express train services, or on the Heathrow Connect train service between Hayes & Harlington and Heathrow.

    • King's Cross St.Pancras

      Reduced escalator service until late October 2011 due to planned maintenance work.

    • Lancaster Gate

      No lift service.

      London buses are accepting tickets via reasonable routes.

    • Leicester Square

      Reduced escalator service until further notice due to planned maintenance work.

    • North Greenwich

      Reduced escalator service until further notice due to planned maintenance work.

    • Oval

      Reduced escalator service until mid October 2011 due to planned maintenance work.

    • Oxford Circus

      Reduced escalator service until late October 2011 due to planned maintenance work.

    • Regent's Park

      Reduced lift service until late October 2011 due to planned maintenance work.

    • Shadwell

      No step-free access to the DLR platforms until early 2012

    • Southwark

      Reduced escalator service until late December 2011 due to planned maintenance work.

    • St. Paul's

      No down escalator service between 0800 and 0930 Monday to Friday. Access by stairs only.

    • Victoria

      Major escalator refurbishment is taking place at Victoria Underground station until mid January 2012. Your journey will be easier if you can avoid entering the station between 1600 - 2000 on weekdays when: Queues are likely. There will be no ticketing facilities. A one-way system will be in place, including some entrances/exits. You may be asked to wait outside the station to prevent overcrowding. Once inside the station it may take up to 15 minutes to reach your platform. To avoid this disruption start your journey at nearby St. James's Park or Pimlico stations, which are easy to reach on foot or by local bus services from Victoria.
