Asit Modha has responsibility for the beverage packaging innovation and sustainability agenda for PepsiCo Europe. He is an experienced packaging manager across multiple material substrates and technologies. He has market experience in China, Africa, and North America and expertise in consumer foresight for leading edge packaging design.

Pav joined McKinsey & Company's London Office in 2005 and is now a Senior Engagement Manager in the Consumer Goods and Retail Practice. He has served a number of clients in the UK, Continental Europe and Asia across a variety of topics covering strategy, sales, marketing and innovation.

Julian is a retail specialist having worked in this area for over 10 years. Since August 2007 he has been Head of Corporate Policy for Sustainability & Ethics at Asda, the UK arm of Wal*Mart. In this role he heads up the central sustainability team, who advise the operational arms of Asda on sustainability policy and strategy, covering both the environmental and the social elements of sustainability.
Peter has worked for WRAP for over 6 years, currently managing a team of account managers and helping delivery WRAPs work with retailers and brands, particularly the Courtauld Commitment 2.
Mike Trenouth has spent the last 20 years consulting to and running manufacturing and logistics businesses. His focus at L.E.K. is issues of operational strategy, providing operational due diligence support in mergers and acquisitions and providing post acquisition support to L.E.K.'s clients in the form of post-merger integration and 100-day planning.
Nicholas Mockett is a corporate financier and has focussed on the packaging industry for 20 years. His experience includes leveraged buy-outs (including MBOs/MBIs), mergers, acquisitions and disposals, public company takeovers and public to privates, refinancings and restructurings. He has worked on dozens of deals, around the globe, worth over €5bn, and has been active in every substrate.
Simon has over 12 years of experience in the packaging industry through roles in both the UK and Australia covering technical and market issues for major FMCG producers like Henkel and Goodman Fielder.
Martin has over 15 years consultancy experience in legislation, technology procurement and R&D development in environment, process, and product improvement within the paper and packaging industries.
