MORE FRAUDULENT LINEAGES

The following manuscripts and books all contain fraudulent information forged by Gustave Anjou (c1863-1942)
Real name was Gustaf Ludvig Ljungberg. Born in Sweden.

On other pages located through the FRAUD INDEX link located below, you will learn who Gustave Anjou was and how he operated.

Only three of the genealogies were actually printed, the works on the Freeman, Blaisdell and Shapleigh families.
Only Freeman was actually published by Anjou, the other two were later publishings of his original typescript.

The unprinted genealogies were all bound typescripts or carbons of the original and even the unsigned ones are recognizable as being Anjous' creations-invariably beginning with a history of the surname....see Robert Charles Anderson, Genealogical Journal, Pub. by the Utah Genealogical Assn., Salt Lake City, Utah...Volume 19, 1991 Page 52.

This list has grown to 305 entries and there are many more to come.

The listed surnames without information or library citation are from Gustave Anjous' catalog and are known
to have been sold by him and some remain in the hands of families who paid dearly for them or have been passed on to other family memberswho may be unaware of the forgeries they contain or who do not wish their contents known.

"In the Anjou pedigrees that I have seen, he gives no clues that point to the main stock in the British Isles. He offers no reasons for assigning the American Families to the lines he claims."
