Our address is 305 Wellborn Road on the east side of the road, just south of George Bush Drive, and Kyle Stadium of Texas A&M University.
Where do I park?
There are a number of parking spots available at the parking lot, which can be entered off of Wellborn Road immediadely south of our church sign. (An alternate entrance to this parking area is available from Highlands Street, between George Bush Drive and Grove Street.) We also have arranged with the neighboring businesses on either side of our church, Equity Real Estate and One-O-One Grove, for permission to use their parking lots on Sunday morning as well.

Bound neither by creed nor dogma, our intentionally inclusive community honors and celebrates the right of individual thought, joins in shared concerns, and respects the ever-present need to deepen our understanding of the awe and wonder of life.

We gather for worship on Sunday mornings at 10:30 AM. Our services vary from Sunday to Sunday. Most last about an hour. Brief words of welcome and announcement mark the start of the service. Worship begins with the lighting of the chalice, the symbol of Unitarian Universalism. The centerpiece is usually a sermon delivered by our minister. Rev. Eric Posa preaches about universal themes of life, truth, and meaning. He uses stories, myths and poems, as well as scripture from a variety of world religions. We sing a wide range of traditional and contemporary songs, using gender-inclusive language. Our choir performs on many Sundays throughout the year. There is a special time of sharing that we call "Joys and Sorrows." Any and all are invited to share the important events in our lives or ask for the thoughts and prayers of this community. At the end of the service we provide an opportunity for worshipers to share their financial resources with the congregation and other non-profit organizations working to make the world a better place.
After the service, most of us stay for coffee and conversation during the Coffee Hour. Please join us so that we can get to know you, and so you can learn more about our congregation and religious faith.
Wear whatever you feel like wearing. Most people wear "casual or professional," ranging from blue jeans to suits. Children should dress comfortably so they can participate in art projects and occasional outdoor activities.
Childcare is offered during the service for younger children ages 4 and below. Children ages 5 and up will stay with their parents during the first part of the service (through the Story for All Ages), and then go out to Children's Religious Education classes (our equivalent to Sunday School).
YES! It's wonderful to see families worshipping together. You may also remain in your child's classroom if that works best. After a few times, many children become comfortable on their own.
When you arrive for a worship service, be sure to stop by the Visitor's Table in the foyer. A greeter will help you with a name tag and signing the guest list.
