    "Diamond In The Rough"
You can't really confine their music to a

single Genre or even two. Their sound is

like an acid trip meets ADHD, all over

the place, but standing still. With one

foot planted firmly in Rock, while the

    other tap dances around creating

beautiful melodic chaos. Its Rock, wait

its Blues, wait its Punk, wait its Folk,

wait its Psych, wait its Grunge, wait its

a little bit Country. I'm so confused!

Its all of these and more. Somehow they

make it all work together beautifully.

Someone once said "Too many cooks spoil

the soup" not in this case, the soup is

perfect. I promise you won't be

    disappointed.

Electrifying

What the media is saying about Electric Shepherd's debut album: "Warrior music...driving and strong...last two tracks, which happen to total over twenty minutes combined, are worth digging into and are where Electric Shepherd shines." -SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE ---------------------------------- "Spacey, surfy San Francisco trio is very much an ensemble project...heavy guitar effects rule the day..."Chem Trails" has an absorbing vocal melody....we like the direction the band is going." -MUSIC CONNECTION MAGAZINE ---------------------------------- "Take the Doors, shake 'em up with a touch of Pink Floyd and throw in some Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and you have the psychedelic rock vibe of Electric Shepherd... "Down the River" sounds like it could have come right out of an intro to a Tarantino flick... This tale told through music carries the listener through a complex multi-layered universe of sound..." -MEUN MAGAZINE ---------------------------------- "The Seventies are back with a vengeance. And jam-rock trio Electric Shepherd is perhaps the most staggeringly talented outfit in the local revivalist scene. Its members are innovators, rather than mere imitators, and their work vacillates from gnarly art-rock to loping, minimalist blues. "Mildred Harris" could hold its own against any Zeppelin tune." -EAST BAY EXPRESS ---------------------------- "The vibes on this CD will make your freak flag fly and then some... I can tell you this... If Jim Morrison were alive, I'm sure he would approve."-CASHBOX MAGAZINE ----------------------------------- "San Fran trio go for an out-there psych/post rock feel…dedicated to their craft." -DAGGER MAGAZINE -----------------------------------
