Swindon Town have signed Arsenal defender Daniel Boateng on loan until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old, who has featured 27 times for Arsenal's reserves since first breaking through in 2009/10, secured his first senior appearance in the 2-1 Carling Cup victory over Bolton Wanderers last October.
The Enfield-born youngster came to the Gunners' Hale End academy aged 11, and signed a new contract with the club in November 2011.
A 2009/10 Premier Academy League winner, he is vice captain of the reserves, and was skipper of the U19s side who reached the Semi Finals of last year's Dallas Cup in Texas.
He will wear the number six shirt during his time at The County Ground.
