The purpose of this feature has never been to bash cops. The only reason I do this is to amass a credible body of evidence to present when those who would deny our right to keep and bear arms use the argument that only government enforcers are professional and trained enough to do so safely and responsibly. And it's also used to illustrate when those of official status, rank or privilege, both in law enforcement and in some other government position, get special breaks not available to we commoners, particularly (but not exclusively) when they're involved in gun-related incidents.

The four kids were apparently rummaging through some sort of trash dumpster and told cops that's where they found the toy gun, police sources told NBCNewYork.com. One of the juveniles picked up the fake gun, put it in his belt and started walking away with the other three kids when a woman spotted the gun in his waistband and called police. [More]
The officer then told me to get on my knees. I asked am I free to go. He then stated no...
I asked if I was not being told why I am being detained, I was going to get up and leave. At this time the officer told me, if you do that you will be tazered and handcuffed. [More]
The bodies of two men believed to have been electrocuted while stealing copper wiring were found early Tuesday on an abandoned driving range in Riverside County, authorities said. [More]
I bring this story up because of this:
A law intended to deter metal theft took effect in December and requires recycling centers to take a customer's photo, thumbprint and identification for every transaction over $20.
Hmmm. Sounds just like our issue.
Doesn't look like it's working at stopping the bad guys, does it?
Both men were charged late Tuesday with one count of first-degree murder of a peace officer, one count of first-degree murder, and one count of attempted murder. [More]
Now wait a minute--it says the officer was in plain clothes.
If Abbate can be acquitted of "official misconduct" charges because his victim didn't know he was a police officer, how is it that this extra charge can be tacked on here if they didn't know their victim was one?
Forget it Jake. It's Chi-Town.
Speaking of which, that "gun control" they have there works wonders, doesn't it?
"What went through your mind when that happened?" Hickey asked.
"That I was receiving an injury due to someone throwing me," Abbate answered. [More]
Watch "Only One" Abbate get "thrown"--no wonder he was in such fear:
No surprise this cowardly, brutal pig is a liar, too.
And importantly, he was acquitted of "official misconduct" because he didn't identify himself as a police officer. I guess the fact that he acts like this because he (still) is one isn't important.
UPDATE: Just to clarify, and I do so because the first comment seems to imply a belief that all charges were dismissed, Abbate was acquitted of the misconduct charges but found guilty of aggravated battery. And if you ask me, the stinking feral hog deserved to be charged with attempted murder. I include links for a purpose, and often limit my comments to particular aspects that I think need to be pointed out.
Yet, as the Enemy, on their part, are using every devise they are capable of, to seduce both Soldiers and Citizens from our Service into their's and have succeeded but too well. [More]
