Today we have the official promo for The Gloious Land by PJ Harvey. ‘The Glorious Land’ is the second single to be lifted from her critically acclaimed ‘Let England Shake’ album and is released on download and 7″ vinyl (b/w The Nightingale).

PJ Harvey has announced the forthcoming releae of her new single. ‘The Words That Maketh Murder’, will be released digitally by Island Records on 17th January. It will be the first release from Harvey’s forthcoming album ‘Let England Shake’ due out February.

Check out ‘Written On The Forehead’ the first song lifted from PJ Harvey’s forthcoming album ‘Let England Shake’, scheduled for release on 14th February 2011. Though I’m a long term fan I’m not so sure about this, it’s quite a departure for Ms Harvey. But we’ll see, it might prove to be a grower! What do you think?
