Following the announcement on funding of the scheme, the
application for the Transport and Works Act Order authorising the
construction, maintenance and operation of the proposed extension
of the Metropolitan Line to Watford Junction has now been submitted
to the Secretary of State for Transport.
A copy of the newspaper notice of the application can be found here which provides details of the
application, where documents can be inspected and obtained, and how
to submit representations and objections to the Secretary of State.
Representations and objections need to be lodged with the Secretary
of State by 17th February 2012.
