Step four: evaluate
This is the extra rewarding part: our health management consultants evaluate your program’s progress on multiple levels, multiple times. Plus, you’ll see the great successes and outcomes that come from the integrated efforts of your health management program with:
- Monthly progress reports that show key participation indicators and program completions.
- Quarterly reports that provide program highlights, satisfaction rates and participant anecdotal comments to name a few.
- A Key Findings and Recommendations report that tells all. This report updates and analyzes changes over time, from the beginning to the end of the year.
