Tom Harley, James Kelly, Simon Hogan and Brad Ottens will return to the Cats line up for the round 22 clash with Fremantle.
Ottens last played in round two against Richmond when he injured his medial ligament. He has played the past four games in the VFL and Ottens 43 hit out last week saw him guarantee his return.
Kelly suffered a hamstring injury at training in the lead up to the Brisbane game in round 15 and he has not played since. He trained strongly this week and has been named in the line up.
Harley didn’t play last week as the club sought to manage his return from a knee injury, and Hogan has played well in the VFL and reclaimed a senior berth.
Paul Chapman will miss with a hamstring injury but he is expected back for the opening final, and Tom Gillies, David Johnson and Shane Mumford go back to the VFL.
David Wojcinski will play his 150th game for the club. Wojcinksi, a member of the Cats 2007 premiership team, debuted against Port Adelaide in 1999 and has been a key member of the Cats backline over the past decade.
A Geelong victory will see the team equal the club record of 22 consecutive home wins, and would also make the Cats the first team in league history to produce three consecutive home and away campaigns with 18 or more wins.
