A. With broolz, your data goes directly to those you want it to go to – not via a third party. That means that you have potentially unlimited storage, since you use the spare disk capacity of your friends. This is so different from the competition, where you must buy storage from them for their product to work!

A. Very secure! All data is encrypted before it leaves your PC and is then sent directly to the intended recipient. No data is stored on our servers.

A. broolz makes use of spare capacity on your friends hard disks. Obviously, that costs us nothing so we won't charge for it. Our business plan is to generate revenue through charging for premium features, that we can then use to develop the product further.

A. No. None of the files are stored on our servers.

A. Since the data is stored on your and your friend's computers, it will be easily accessible in the event of our demise.

A. broolz is typically used over your own local area network (LAN) so will not incur any bandwidth charges (compare that with the others).

| Q. How do I publish my files online with broolz.com? |
A. Remember that the idea behind broolz is that you do not need online storage. However, if you wish to have always available online storage then you need to purchase this from broolz. Once you do this, you will receive a new friend that will allow you to store your data online. (This feature is not ready yet ... contact us if you'd like it and we shall prioritise accordingly).

| Q. How is broolz different compared to other online storage services? |
A. Other online storage services require you to buy space on their servers (they will give you a little for free, to entice you) and then all files are transferred from your PC to theirs and from theirs to your second PCs using traditional client server processes. As an example, If you wanted to synchronise some files between your desktop and your laptop, all that data will go from your desktop to their servers and then back to your laptop. How stupid is that? Using broolz, that same data will go directly from your PC to your laptop. If you want your files to be sent to, say, five other PCs then they will be – directly – rather than having those five PCs each separately download the files from third party servers.

A. Absolutely not.

| Q. I am concerned about the p2p properties of broolz. Is my data safe? |
A. Your data is completely safe. p2p has received a bad press in recent years due to its use in porn and illegal software downloads. But p2p is a very robust and legitimate technology used by many large corporations to transfer data. Unlike traditional p2p clients, you dictate who gets which file; nobody else will even know of that files existence.

A. All settings may be changed through the easy to use graphical interface supplied when you use our software.

A. broolz data is stored on your and your friends computers.

A. In the same way you would between PCs. It is all the same to broolz.

A. We don't – but you do! It means that you can roll back to a previous version of any file easily.

A. Easy! Your username is simply your email address.

A. Depending on the level requested, a broolz Premium account will allow extras such as more clouds, filtering and a rollback feature that will enable you to recover previous versions of files.

A. Certainly. Delete your files from your PC and they will then be deleted from the locations where broolz has sent them.
