Once you pay for a pattern(s) w/ PayPal, within 24 hours*, you will receive your pattern(s) via e-mail. *If you pay using e-check, your pattern will not be e-mailed to you until the check clears.
The e-mail will come from the e-mail address: designpieces@gmail.com The e-mail will have your pattern(s) attached in .pdf format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, or similar .pdf file reader, to open your pattern(s).
If for some reason, you do not receive your pattern(s) within 24 hours, please send an e-mail to designpieces@gmail.com and tell us that you did not receive your pattern(s). We will look into it and get back with you right away. Thanks!
