  • What are the system requirements? Operating Systems supported:

    • Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista® or 7 with Intel® Pentium® II 450MHz, AMD Athlon® 600MHz or faster processor (or equivalent).
    • Mac OS X 10.4, 10.5 or 10.6 with Intel Core™ Duo 1.33GHz or faster processor.
    • A minimum 128MB of RAM and 128MB of graphics memory is required all operating systems supported.
    Browsers (All browsers listed must have Flash 10.3 or above installed):

  • Will the event work on a Mac? Yes.  The flash player is compatible with Macs running Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari.

  • Video is slow, skipping, or buffering There are a multitude of reasons why you'd see video buffering, most of which are specific to your PC / browser / network capacity.  The video streams at a variety of bitrates (i.e. levels of quality) and the video player dynamically adjusts your stream upwards or downwards based on a number of factors, including network capacity, CPU and memory utilization, graphics card capabilities, etc., so that you're getting the 'optimal' video quality based on your computer's specific capabilities.

    Buffering typically is related to network constraints.  Please go to here and run the Internet Speed Test and confirm that your download and upload speeds are in at least the ‘Cruise Control’ level.

  • I can only see the video but not hear it. Please check the mute button is turned off in the video player and that your speaker volume is at an adequate level.  The lack of audio while receiving video may also be due to a low internet connection speed.

  • What is the quality of the video that is being streamed? The maximum bitrate we support on our Premium video player is 3Mbps which is a very good quality for web video.  The technology uses adaptive streaming which will determine the highest bitrate your PC is capable of receiving based on available bandwidth, CPU and graphics card capability and then automatically scales the stream to ensure the best video experience.

  • How do I purchase the event? (Existing user) Please log in within the storefront.  After you've logged in, select any of the products from the Premium video player and you'll see a PURCHASE button for each product we offer that you don’t already have access to.  Selecting that button will take you through the purchase / checkout process.  

    After completing your purchase, you can then watch the event at your convenience up to 30 days.  After you’ve made your purchase, you should see a PLAY NOW button for the video if it is available to be viewed, either because it's Live at that moment or because the VOD is available for viewing.  If the video is not yet available, you'll see an AVAILABLE SOON button until it becomes available (at which point you'll then see a PLAY NOW button).

  • What is your policy on refunds? Full refunds can be issued at any time prior to the start of the event. Once the event has begun, no refunds of any type will be issued.

  • How do I watch the event? You must first purchase the event and be logged into the video player at www.wwe.com/ppv. From the storefront you should see the Play Now button for the event. If you are unable to play from the Play Now button, then access the event from My Media Library and click the Play Now button from that section.

  • How do I access the archived event? From within the storefront you should see the Play Now button on the right side of the player.  If you are unable to play from the Play Now button, then access the event from My Media Library and click the Play Now button from that section.  Note that you must be logged onto the player to view your purchased events.
  • How do I log in? Follow these steps to log onto the player:

    1. Click the Login button in the upper right hand corner of the player.
    2. Enter your logon information including your user name (e.g., email) and password.
  • How do I create an account?
    1. Click the Login button on the top right corner of the video player.
    2. The Welcome screen will appear.
    3. Click the Don’t Have an Account?  Register Now! prompt.
    4. Fill in all necessary data and click the Continue button.
    5. Fill in any additional data and click Sign Up!
  • How do I reset my password? Click on the Login button on the top right corner of the player.  Select the Forgot your password? link and request a new password or re-set it by answering the challenge question you provided at the time your account was created.
  • How do I update my account information? To update account information such as contact or login information, you must access the My Account section and then select the Account Profile tab.

    1. Click the Update Login Info button to edit login information. 
    2. Select the Edit Contact Info button to edit contact information.
