How I did it: Started singing little by little, song by song. I'd be at home on the net or in the car at first. I'd sing especially when I was feeling down.I'd pick songs that had a positive message or words that would lift up my spirits. How I did it: Keep interested and excited about their schooling. Asking daily how they are doing. Help encourage them with their home-work. Remind them to do their best and if certain subjects are difficult I keep encouraging them no matter.
