1  Modifications are made to Census 2000 population counts as a result of the Count Question Resolution
program and to account for changes in geographic boundaries that occurred after Census 2000.
2  Estimates for July 1, 2007 were only prepared for the six largest municipalities in the state.  For 2007, the
Albuquerque and Rio Rancho numbers were produced in partnership with the Mid-Region Council of
Governments. Review of working numbers and input data were generously shared by the City of Santa Fe,
the City of Roswell, the City of Farmington, and the City of Las Cruces.
