    Pirates? Kraken? Terrible graphics? Chppy animations? bad voice over? Simple combat? Pass.
    Looks like an extremely poor man's Witcher.

    Looks fun, but the graphics seems to be a bit meh. Too simple and cartoonish.

    The visuals look like a step back from the original. Damn the previous CG hype trailers making me hope for reasonable graphics. The Kraken, eh? What happened to those earth destroying Titans...

    I still have no idea what to make of this game. The story looks promising, for sure, but then again the combat doesn't look the greatest. I guess I'll probably end up giving it a shot anyway, I enjoy RPGs too much.

    I hope piranha bytes make a new gothic. Last two were complete disaster! But as far as i'm concerned gothic 3 still 1000x better then skyrim! Those who played gothic 1 and 2 know what i'm talking about...the only rpg that had a stroke of genious since diablo!

    I thought the first Risen was surprisingly enjoyable, minus the final boss sequence. Looking forward to the second entry.

    The first Risen was a very well written game, but the combat was clumsy. I hope the combat for Risen 2 is more precise and fun.

    I thougt Risen was a very good game.
    Bit ugly, but after a while didnt notice that no more.

    I loved it that you can actually get robbed in the game, i hope thy kept that in this game. (did piss me off now and then tho)

    risen was one of the rare rpg's that kept me interested long enough to finish it. the only question for risen 2 is ps3 or 360

    Pre-ordered 1st day when announced! Risen 1 was enjoyable, smoking "weed" and bom-bom is always fun when not adventuring, hope this cotain that and more. Gotto love that Goblin wich follows u and pick up stuff, FINALY, an usefull gob

    @God_Eternal certainly seems true, but so far I haven't found proof. It's definitely a real actor, as the voice is far above 'regular voice acting' for games.

    I love Piranha Bytes game.Gothic 1 and 2 are really special to me and Risen was pretty cool as well.I expect much from this one.

    Really enjoyed the making of video clips. Interesting to get a educational idea of what it takes to put a game together. Many times gamers do not realize the hours of technical work that goes into a game. Like to see more of this from developers. Looking forward to seeing the finish product and how it all comes together.

    I don't really see it. The locations don't look similar at all, the lush overgrown jungle environments, coastlines and pirate ships don't remind me of fable at all. The characters are just typical fantasy game characters, both games have victorian era inspired outfits so I guess they are kind of similar. Peter Molyneux isn't a god, he doesn't own the rights to everything his game is based on. You can't really claim that a game "stole" their art design when their art design wasn't that original in the first place.

    Guys this game is going to be amazing.

    Personally I have been waiting for a decent pirate game since Sid Meyer's, hahaha. Really looking forward to this one. Was pleased with the first one, I thought it was very unique and independent from most RPG structures. Thanks for the effort Devs.
