Tomorrow night The Minstermen take on Barrow AFC in our opening home fixture of the 2011-2012 Blue Square BET Premier season.
It will also be the debut for the new York City Matchday Programme for the season - The Citizen.
This 44 page programme will be priced at £3 and will be available in the usual places outside the ground. However, in addition to those familiar points of sale, the programme will also be available in the Pitchside Bar (behind the bar) and inside the ground itself, including at the half-time interval near the Transfer Box inbetween the Longhurst Stand and the Popular Stand.

Plus a full colour team photo and all the fixture information for the new season.
The Citizen was the name of the York City Matchday Programme from 1925 to 1956 including during the time when the club moved to Bootham Crescent from Fulfordgate. So, as a mark of respect as we leave the Crescent for pastures new, we have decided to adopt this name for the programme.
The club would like to thank all the contributors to The Citizen for this season and a special thanks to Mark Comer of The Max for all his hard work.
We hope you enjoy the new publication!
