Cherries part company with Bradbury

Posted on: Sun 25 Mar 2012

AFC Bournemouth has today (Sunday 25th March) parted company with manager Lee Bradbury.

Bradbury joined the club as a player in 2007 before succeeding Eddie Howe as manager in January 2011.

The 36-year-old guided the Cherries to the play-off semi-finals last season, but leaves the club 13th in League One.

Youth team manager Paul Groves and head of youth Shaun Brooks will take charge of the first team until the end of the season, starting with Tuesday night's fixture at Stevenage.

The club will make no further comment at this stage.
