Meet our lucky property winners from earlier in the year!

French Cottage 2011 Winners

Patrick McNicholas and his wife Frances are our 2011 French Cottage winners!

Patrick McNicholas and his wife Frances (above) won our French Cottage in June of this year. The retired couple, from Ashurst in the New Forest, told of their delight at being declared winners of the £140,000 cottage. They are now looking forward to enjoying school holidays with their four daughters and their families at the property near historic Coussac-Bonneval in the attractive region of Limousin, north of Bordeaux.

Cornish house winners

Sandra Berry and her husband Brian won our Cornish Beach Chalet earlier this year!

Sandra Berry and her husband Brian (above), won the luxurious property in Praa Sands, Cornwall, just four miles from Penzance, last month after entering the competition.  The retired chemist shop worker, from Up Holland, near Skelmersdale, Lancashire, said she had never really entered a competition before and had been shocked to discover she was the winner.

She said she and her husband  Brian, 71, a retired engineer, had tried to keep the news quiet, but it soon got round and her relatives are now queuing up to borrow their Cornish bolthole.
