Darkwing Duckchp101 Thursday, December 17, 2009 2:27:53 PM

People say it eats more RAM than Mini4.
And unlike Beta1, Beta2 does freez a lot on Nokia N95 sad
Opening Bookmarks using menu is pain compared to Mini 4
Lets wait for RC...

Does it fix the problem with changing numeric keypad to one with letters? That is if you have english as your primary language, but have russian installed too.

If versions 3 and 4 of operamini work in all mobiles and in SAMSUNG SGH-D780 too , why ca'nt your team make version 5 also work properly in this make and model .I HOPE WE SHALL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Hyperlinks don't always work on AT&T blackberry pearl 8110. Also difficult to navigate around albeit attractive interface.

This version of Opera is too slow on my Nokia 6276 has 3G and can decirm why?

If the traslation by Goolge is right, the answer maybe you maybe in a area with weak cell coverage (or heavy traffic), also this version of Opera Mini is in the beta 2 phase. The stable is Opera Mini 4.2 is the stable version

MudaTruka Friday, January 8, 2010 9:10:45 PM

No updates to mini in so long. 5.2 beta no longer runs on my phone. I would like to try 5.1 but cant find it. If you are going to be the default Samsung browser you need to make agreements with sites that have us locked out. Im not angry yet but you need to hurry.

Any chance you can restore "auto complete address input" in settings from OM 4.2 in 5 since my phone's qwerty doesn't work without it for Opera?

David Ben-GershonDaveisme Sunday, January 17, 2010 1:46:26 PM

Does Opera have a prblem with right justification languages (Hebrew, Arabic etc.)?
Your browser certainly does! It turns Hebrew into jibberish!

ChristoffcageAekk Sunday, January 17, 2010 1:49:33 PM

i think that the 4.2 is better. no possibility to add new searches engine, just google and wikipedia. many bugs again. it makes me out all time when i browse internet in it but no in 4.2,its nice but no perfect as the 4.2 which has not bugs. please make it better again for the final version and it takes a lot of ram and often i read no memory and pages closed and u must refresh again it.

QasimQasibr Friday, January 22, 2010 3:57:36 PM

If OM had a temporary "cache" folder, where pages opened in background tabs could be saved, it'd be a really amazing thing.

Wouldn't have to reload background tabs all the time, they could just be loaded from the cache folder.. this really seems like a no-brainer feature to implement, it'd allow users to open dozens of tabs seamlessly, and it wouldn't give people irritating J2ME popups asking for permission, when Opera releases it's final signed version.

Mr. Faridfaridmaulana Friday, January 22, 2010 4:27:04 PM

thanks oprani.. i like u..
