Moving your services
If you're moving address and want an easy way to move all of
your BigPond and Telstra services, you've come to the right place.
All you'll need is about 5 minutes, your new address and basic
information about the services you'd like to move.
Account numbers are a great help too, but not essential.
It's best if you can give us at least five business days notice,
but we'll do our best in the shorter timeframes.
