Subscribe and set up MyEmail

You can subscribe and set up MyEmail on your compatible Telstra Next G^TM handset by using the Telstra MyPlace menu. Just click on MyPlace on your mobile phone, select MyEmail and follow the set-up instructions.

Managing MyEmail

Once you've set up MyEmail, you'll be able to add you'll be able to add email addresses, set passwords, choose your alert options and make other changes.

Managing MyEmail on your mobile

Simply, select MyEmail from the MyPlace menu or navigate to: myemail.telstra.com, then follow the instructions on your Telstra Next G^TM handset.

Things you need to know

1. Overseas set up and use may attract international data charges.

2. Max 5000 emails can be opened and sent per month.

3. Please refer to your mobile phone manual to see if your phone supports attachments, and the type of attachments (e.g. MS-Word, PDF, MS-Excel, etc). Maximum size of each attachment is 1MB, with maximum e-mail size of 2MB.
