The following could be one of my all time
favorite emails that I have ever received. It was from a
friend of the family who had used Eat Stop Eat to get rid of
her post-pregnancy baby fat.
The reason I like this email so much is
because it outlines some of the amazing benefits of Eat Stop
Eat.
Firstly, for many women the extra fat that
sticks around after pregnancy (often called baby-fat or
post-pregnancy fat) can be a source of anxiety and can really
hurt a women?s self-esteem.
After carrying around a baby for 9 months,
most women feel the urge to get back into shape after they
have given birth.
Unfortunately, with a new baby comes new
responsibility and more time commitments. It doesn?t matter if
it?s your first or fifth child; every new child takes a lot of
your time!
And this is where Eat Stop Eat fits
in.
Firstly, it doesn?t take any
time.
Zero.
There is no preparing special foods,
special shopping lists or trips to go and buy special
supplements. There is nothing. In fact, Eat Stop Eat can
actually help give you MORE TIME while helping you lose baby
fat at the very same time!
Secondly, if you want it to be, Eat Stop
Eat can be a very private diet. No one needs to know that you
are dieting, or that you are trying to lose your
post-pregnancy baby fat. Really, this is no one?s business but
your own. With Eat Stop Eat you won?t be carrying around
Tupperware containers full of diet food, or eating special
diet bars. You can keep it all to yourself.
Lastly, Eat Stop Eat seems to work
incredibly well for getting rid of Baby Fat. My wife followed
Eat Stop Eat after our first child to get back to her
pre-pregnancy weight, and is now following Eat Stop Eat after
the birth of our second child. And, as you can see below,
Lindsay also found great results using Eat Stop Eat to get rid
of her Baby fat.
Lindsay?s Email:
Hi Brad,
I'm not even sure if you knew I was doing Eat
Stop Eat, I didn't really mention it to many people, not for
any particular reason, except that I just usually
keep eating and exercise routines to myself unless someone
asks.
You may or may not know, but during my
pregnancy with Owen I gained a LOT of weight. It was/is
extremely stressful for me and gave me substantial motivation
to lose it all.
I began Eat Stop Eat in November '08
and I am still following it. I've mixed Eat Stop Eat
with a resistance training and intervals program and so far
I've managed to lose 72 pounds since my heaviest weight during
my pregnancy. I've set a weight goal that is actually
less than my pre-pregnancy weight and I was going to email you
when I reached that goal, just to let you know that Eat Stop
Eat worked for me! But since I'm pretty close to the
goal anyway, I'm emailing you now.
I am proud of how far I've come so far, but it's
still a little tender for me to discuss specific numbers
of pounds gained during my pregnancy. I am willing to
share photos if you need some. I don't have any crazy
photos of myself in a bikini or anything, but I have a photo
of my at the hospital with Owen the day he was born and I like
to call myself unrecognizable in it. I'd be willing to
send you a photo of myself once I reach my final weight
goal
I hope this helps you Brad. Eat
Stop Eat has truly helped me in many
ways.
Please let me know if you need any
further details and/or if you would like me to send you
pictures. I'm willing to help in any way I
can.
Thanks,
Lindsay
