13th day: 300 grams of cooked lean meat, 2 eggs, 2 fresh cucumbers.

7th day: 1.5 kg of apples.

8th day: 100 grams of boiled beef, 100 grams of cooked chicken breast, 50 grams of low-fat cheese, 100 grams of fish (steamed or baked).

9th day: a boiled potato, 1 cucumber, 1 apple or half a carrot, 1 grapefruit, greens.

10th day: 1 boiled potato, 1 cucumber, 1 tomato a Bulgarian pepper, herbs.

11th day: 100 grams of low fat cottage cheese, 50 grams of low-fat cheese, 200 ml of unsweetened yogurt, 200 ml of yogurt.

12th day: 100 grams of boiled beef, 100 grams of cooked chicken breast, 50 grams of low-fat cheese, 100 grams of fish (steamed or baked).
