Appeals/Reviews

Whether you operate a commercial enterprise or you are an individual traveller, you are entitled to a fair and impartial review of decisions and actions taken by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). The CBSA is committed to ensuring that its redress process is accessible and transparent and that it provides a level playing field for travellers and traders.

An impartial process

The CBSA's Admissibility Branch deals with disputes that develop over border services matters. If you have a dispute with the CBSA, a recourse representative will review your case and carry out a complete, professional and impartial review.
