CHICAGO BEARS FAN SERVICES MISSION STATEMENT

We will consistently deliver the best gameday experience for the best fans in the NFL in a safe, clean and friendly environment. Fans First!

Fans First, the phrase visible on our departments logo, is the attitude and mindset all gameday employees at Soldier Field are required to have when they work a Bears game. It demonstrates our commitment to customer service, and our willingness to do whatever it takes for our fans.

To help accomplish our mission, we have over 80 well-trained and enthusiastic Fan Services Team members proactively assisting fans on gameday. Team members are positioned at eight Fan Services booths and roving teams cover all concourses of Soldier Field. Fan Services Team members can also be found in the parking lots and walkways on the Museum Campus pregame and postgame. We also have Concierge staff and Suites Floor Managers in our Premium Seating areas assisting fans.

The Bears have established very high standards of customer service for all gameday employees at Soldier Field. We continuously meet with all other employee groups and stadium management at Soldier Field to discuss ways to improve our fans gameday experience.
