gmc World Premiere Movie: The Heart of Christmas

About Show

The gmc World Premiere Movie, THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS, was inspired by the true story of the Locke family, which also inspired the new song of the same name by Grammy-nominated recording artist Matthew West.  THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS tells the story of one family's quest for their seriously ill son to experience an early and magical Christmas, and how an entire community came together to make it possible.  Their journey and desire to cherish every moment would change their lives and those of millions around the world forever.

I find it amazing how the Lord can help pass on the love and faith even through such a deeply sad loss of a very much loved child. Tears? Yes many tears here not just for the loss of this child but tears of joy and love for this amazing and very much blessed family who has opened my eyes to the miracles of the love Of Jesus and the love and caring of so many coming together. I have to ask myself why it takes something like this to make people see how much they have even if things are bad and why it takes something like this to make one see they have wasted so much time on wordly things and trying to make a future when there may not be one. I am not saying hard work is bad but many of us have lost sight of what is most important in our lives and that is our belief in Jesus and our love for our families and thay our time is is a gift and yet short and that we should love and share and BELIEVE no matter what and spend as much time with your family as you can. Also how important it is to share your love with others, ones you know and don't know. I want to thank the Locke family for sharing the life of Dax with so many and it has changed my life forever as I will never look at another day that the good Lord gives us because it is a gift and I will pray and keep praying for the Locke family and all of the families out there who are going through bad times and pray thay have the love and support of many many people to help them through. Lift up your hearts to Jesus and see the diffrence he makes in your life. Blessings and much love to the Locke family and Dax who is now with Jesus, thank you again for opening my eyes and my heart.
