The instructor is showing
one of the movements that when done slowly is a breathing and relaxation
technique. Each movement can be done slowly to provide accuracy,
control while showing one how to defend oneself.
Asyou can see this is a very unique way to learn martial arts. Doing the breathing exercises at your job can lessen the stress and make you feel better.
