SUNMUDO
Sunmudo is a great way to unwind from a stressful.  It is a training method in the form of esoteric Buddhism. this form has been secretly handed down through the centuries.  Sunmudo is a way to attain enlightenment through harmonizing the mind, body and breath.  The basic training consists of yoga stretches,chakra breathing health exercises, dynamic martial art and weapon techniques.  It is both vigorous and calming.

The instructor is showing one of the movements that when done slowly is a breathing and relaxation technique.  Each movement can be done slowly to provide accuracy, control while showing one how to defend oneself.

The class begins with exercises to warm up, then some breathing exercises and then the martial art training. the class is about an hour and a half.  The last part of the class consists of yoga stretches and then meditation.

Asyou can see this is a very unique way to learn martial arts.  Doing the breathing exercises at your job can lessen the stress  and make you feel better.
