talking of RT tablets its funny that companies like Acer are questioning MS motive to making windows 8 tables but they (Acer) aren’t willing to make RT tablets until 2013.. so in the mean time What does MS do? Wait till BIG Acer is ready ?

in all fairness they still giving part of the windows experience.. you still have the desktop, explorer, IE,office and all your usb 2.0 stuffs are going to work with it so I think its fair.. heck even wp7 which has nothing to do with windows has the windows surname lol

I think you are missing why they are still using the windows name.. inasmuch as people would love to hate on the windows name it also brings with it some sort of familiarity with it and that’s the message
MS wants to convey even though RT isn’t the full windows experience they want to capitalize on that the windows name so it wouldn’t make sense to call it all metro instead .. RT is just fine in my opinion.

ahhh.. the petrol/diesl analogy is old.. I meant to say petrol/diesel over hybrid / electric only cars .. but anyways I don’t think its any hard.I don’t think it will be any hard… just say Windows 8 tablets runs on anything plus the new metro apps whiles WinRT tablets runs only the metro apps.. but to its advantage it s thinner, better battery life and cheaper..
