Fun. put on an amazing show on Saturday night at Terminal 5 in NYC proving that their upbeat, energetic pop/rock tunes deserve the recent flood of attention stemming from their hit song We Are Young.  Lead Singer Nate Ruess belted out mostly new songs from their sophomore album, “Some Nights” which sounded as great, if not better, than the studio recordings.  Ruess and the rest of the band kept the entire venue on their toes and dancing through the numerous confetti explosions, which engulfed the overly-excited crowd.

“I guess this is a hometown show, what the fuck…we’re Fun.  Sing along if you know the words” stated Ruess.  The band is definitely more than fun and had the crowd singing along most of the show.  For more photos from the show, click here

DETAILS @ MIDNIGHT MEETS THE MIDWEST

On March 31, the DETAILS @ Midnight performance series made its first-ever stop in Chicago. The surprise performer, Outasight, took the energy to a high point as he invited the crowd to dance on stage with him at Wicker Park’s Debonair Social Club. After lining up around the block in anticipation, guests sipped on cocktails from Patrón and on Bud Light Platinum, crowded the retro photo booth, and danced until dawn to the beats of DJ 6th Sense.
