The Olympic Park is looking decidedly sunnier this morning, with the rainclouds a distant memory!

Not long till the first sport of the day kicks off, at 08:00 Badminton group play continues, and Korea take on New Zealand in the men's Hockey competition.

Day 3 at the Games will feature 22 different sports and plenty of medals.

Highlights to look forward to include the men's Artistic Gymnastic Team finals, the men's Synchronised 10m Platform diving, which sees 18 year old Tom Daley feature in his second Olympic Games, and more exciting action in the Aquatics Centre.

The sun is up in London and we're just two hours away from the start of Day 3. The first venues to see some action will be Wembley Arena, which hosts the Badminton, and the Riverbank Arena where Korea and New Zealand will clash in the men's Hockey.
