Job responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will combine both creativity and management skills.
• Schedule planning across the project with other Managers and Directors.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, and negotiate with publishers.
• Tracking and communicating progress in development and preparing status meetings.
• Highlighting risks on progress and provide solutions.
• People-problem solving and motivation practices.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for the delivery of builds, art assets and other communications as required.
• Actively participate in team working on project by making recommendations on how to improve product quality as well as group productivity.

 Requirements:

• Previous experience on Multiplayer games, at least one title released.
• Passion and knowledge of games.
• Strong cross-team communication and people skills.
• Ability to integrate feedback on his work from an early stage.
• 5+ years of experience in the games industry.
• Background can be either from a senior / lead design role or manager / director.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Willing to relocate to Frankfurt.

 Plusses:

• Understanding of the logistical aspects and realities of software development.
• Previous experience using CryEngine.
• Experience in managing teams of artists and/or designers.
• Knowledge of the terminology and processes associated with these departments.
• Proven ability to efficiently organize, lead and execute meetings with effective decisions.
• Proven ability to evaluate development risks and provide contingency plans.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
