I do like them but again what would you like to hold ? a zen book or a surface … but when it comes to choice i’d rather have an Asus transformer rather that a samsung specially since Samsung has no battery juice in their keyboards …
If you’re gonna make a keyboard with no battery it should’v looked alot like Surface covers :D

I would like to remark that another tablet that looked really good but wasn’t Win8 would be the New Sony Tablet S , (the Vaio looked good but the hinge felt really cheap to me in the videos)

Windows Starts loading after 2 seconds (Not finishes loading starts it) Microsoft’s own target for you to get to the lock screen is 7 secs . Asus will do that in 5 i think .

I remember a Chinese phone that had windows 7 (Desktop ) but booted into Symbian when the battery got low .

well the limitation in your idea is based on how batteries operate in general , if you reserve a whole separate small battery for example , this battery will be dead and useless by the time you actually need it , because Not using batteries and overusing batteries will ruin them
The only way I can see your Idea put to work with success is to do THIS
2 batteries one really small 200 Mah and the other is at least 1800
When the phone batteries are fully charged the small battery will run out first (hence it won’t get ruined due to lack of use .)
now when the small battery gets empty the Large battery will give power to the phone and very slowly recharges the small battery.
By the time the large battery gives up and shuts the phone down .
You’ll get the option to boot to the small battery specially designed OS but with 2 main objectives only Calling/receiving and SMS
Thus creating the best Reserve tank ever.

It’s as if Acer’s quality tablets are selling so well or improving in anyway PC’s stand in the market .
I would’ve accepted this crap from ASUS cause they actually have some sort of foot on the ground , but acer is ENTRY level to technology.

At first I though it sucked . It didn’t feel right . I installed the consumer preview , and it was horrible so I deleted it , then the release preview came around I installed it , it was magical , once you sing in to facebook , flicker , and gmail and most importantly your LIVE account .
You’ll feel strangely at home , no home screens that needs to be navigated no 10 pixel icons to click on , it’s just a bless , the things I use most is on the left the rest is ignored at the right , while the really useless thing can be reach by me typing there names instantly no bar no nothing .
the photo app is the best cause it allows you to get your pictures directly from facebook or flicker , which you’ll appreciate the next time your looking for a personal photo to upload to some site’s profile …
Search on the other hand is crazy useful one search all apps … imagine searching for a file in your pc but not finding it amongst files , only to see it as a result in your SkyDrive … (or dropbox) .
there’s a lot to do with Windows 8 that people just won’t love until they get hooked .

Actually Leap Motion , feels like the future for me cause when I saw the movie called the first 20 million dollars are always the hardest , I was like wow that’s at least 20 years from now and boom 2002 – 2013 and it’s better implemented than the actual movie !!!.
