      • Pat Bennett Given that is for a good cause, I think 5 bucks is a very good price. Id like to see another band of this stature do something like this
      • Dave Glazzard bloody fantastic.great benefit gig, great idea.a must for anyone in vancouver.five dollars to watch this rock juggernaught, you'd clearly be insane not to.hell, costs more than that to see a tribute over here at the working mens clubs...although saxon played afree gig last year
      • Al King moshpit = fight club + metal soundtrack

And that is why I have had nothing but awesome experiences at Rock & Metal shows. I cruised solo for my first ever Rock concert (G3 Satriani/Vai/Petrucci) in 2006. I was a bit worried about potentially being crushed against the barrier, but...
the only thing that got slightly damaged was my hearing. The crowd around me were real nice, and it made my night super-enjoyable. Since then, I have gone to at least 1 concert every 2 years. Each time it's been awesome. I would not hesitate to continue going to Rock/Metal shows - the atmosphere is electrifying, and I always get a kick out of seeing my favourite bands Live. Rock On, everyone! \m/ :o)

      • Jonathon Craft Why dont I just go out to my backyard and put some dogsh*t in my ears instead? I stopped listening when tranvestites became cool and trucks starting humping each other.

first lets start with the picture: these dudes are ridiculous. tyler looks like chip z'nuff, perry is playing - the - jimmy page - denial - grey hair - game, joey kramer has a soul patch to god, tom hamilton is utterly inconspicuous ....onl...
y brad whitford retains credibility, guilty of only the sunglasses- and he's jammed with warren haynes which gets him out of this money grubbing doghouse....the song is , in a word, over-produced. these guys have the ability to rock hard, yet they insist on "trying to stay current" with schlock like this.......gimme a break and just play a self written rocking tune. we know you have the chops, so deliver.......and the second song y'all had up?...dont even get me started

I’ve followed Lynyrd Skynyrd since 1973. The fanpack is good, but missed a few important points.
Allen Collins Band – Here, There and Back, should have had a mention in the ‘Beyond Skynyrd’ section, and there are no individual pages dedicat...
ed to Ed King, (who co-wrote Sweet Home Alabama), Bob Burns (on ‘Pronounced & Second Helping) and Artimus Pyle (Nuthin Fancy thru 1991). All were pivotal members of Lynyrd Skynyrd and should have had a page each.
        They should not be forgotten.

      • Snug Snuggles I'm a massive Ace fan, but find it a little sad. Meeting one of your heroes is supposed to be a life highlight, but if they and you are both too wasted to enjoy the experience, was it worth it?

        • Lee Duke-Author Loving his new stuff and glad to see him moving forward instead of living in the past and keeping fans waiting for hours to play a tribute show as some others are still doing.
        • Davy Lyonz i got so much respect for him since he left jail with the way he's spoken about it publically, he's ignored all the hysteria, or placing of blame and refused to hold any bad feelings. I really hope it works out for him x
        • Paul MacEwan I love explaining to people how so many of these metal/thrash bands that shout, scream and make lots of noise, have very articulate and intelligent ppl behind them - it surprises a lot of those I speak to. Guys like Randy, Henry Rollins, Alex Skolnick, the guys from RATM - they are pretty smart, cultured and reasoned people!

        • Lee Duke-Author Facts the only difference between Axl and the muppets is the muppets appear on time and after seeing them once you'd want to go and see em again. Slash and Animal on the same bill would rock and with Sweetums on lead vocals they would really kick ass, bring it on.

        • Stephen Carmen The US doesnt help its citizens anymore or maybe they never did in the first place!
        • David Mallett I'm not sure what people believe officials can actually do in this sort of situation. They've only ever been able to make sure that the local authorities provide appropriate legal representation, translation where needed and that there are no abuses going on. No power to effect a criminal investigation or legal process.
