Worth the weight! Jessica Simpson continues to shed the pounds after signing multimillion dollar slimming contract

She is being paid millions to the be new face of Weight Watchers.

And it seems the move is paying off for both parties, as Jessica Simpson continues to shed her pregnancy weight with aplomb.

The busty blonde star was looking in fine figure as she arrived at the airport in Los Angeles today.

And no wonder, for the Dukes of Hazzard favourite, who tipped the scales at 170lbs during her pregnancy, is following Weight Watchers after signing a deal rumoured to be worth $4million.

The 5'3 star is now just ten pounds away from being back at her curvy pre-pregnancy best.

The singer and actress was in good cheer as she prepared to fly out, leaving her fiance Eric Johnson to carry their ambrosial four-month-old daughter Maxwell Drew as she sauntered into LAX.

The 32-year-old is relying on her pedometer and workouts four times a week to help her get into peak condition.

She's got flare: The actress and singer wore a flattering yet comfortable pair of trousers for her flight

She said: 'I’m trying to do at least 14,000 steps a day.'

However it is not as easy as it sounds, as she revealed she has to walk because of her bumper bust.

She said: 'My boobs are way too big to run at this point. I'm just walking.

'I'm not a supermodel. My body is not bouncing back like a supermodel,' she said.

'I'm just your everyday woman who is trying to feel good and be healthy for her daughter, her fiancé and herself.'

Flying first class: She can certainly afford to after signing a $4m contract with Weight Watchers

She's wearing all black and not any tight clothing plus a huge bag to cover her up. all the tricks to make you look thinner! But still well done to her. One question though.. What's the rush??! Do it in your own time.

Ahh the old 'carry an over-sized bag to make me appear smaller' trick. I'm pregnant and not using it as an excuse to pig out and eat rubbish. But still, I'm not looking forward to having to lose what I put on! She should never have put herself under so much pressure.

Firstly she's really short so she probably looked bigger than she actually was, I bet 170lbs looks much more on her, I doubt she hit 200lbs... And secondly she wasn't exactly at her daisy dukes best before she got pregnant so she doesn't look too far off what she was before, and thirdly I wish I had all that help to lose my baby weight :(
