She played it safe to grace the front row of New York Fashion Week yesterday and sported a little black dress.

And Ashley Greene decided to stick to her guns as she hit a show today in another black creation.

The Twilight star channelled Old Hollywood glamour in a ruched dress which fell mid-shin.

She teamed the pretty figure-hugging frock with matching court shoes and a small handbag.

The 26-year-old completed her look by styling her chestnut locks into finger waves.

She was in attendance at the Donna Karan show today, where she happily posed for photographs before taking her seat pride of place.

It seems Ashley is a big fan of the designer as yesterday she rocked up at the show for DKNY – the diffusion line which is more affordable and targeted at a younger market.

The actress was sat beside Transformers star Rachael Taylor today as they watched the models walk in glamorous summer evening dresses from the collection.

While Ashley and Rachael were showing their support for Donna Karan, other stars were out in force at Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet.

Lauren Conrad led the Bright Young Things in a flirty floral dress with a circle skirt.

If you've got it, flaunt it: Jessica White (L) and Elisabeth Moss both showed off heir trim figures in fitted frocks

Bold moves: Angela Simmons wore a leather top and trousers while Natasha Bedingfield flashed her bra in her bizarre ensemble

Mad Men star Elisabeth Moss and model Jessica White both showed off their svelte figures in fitted dresses.

Not everyone pulled off a good look - Angela Simmons and Natasha Bedingfield each wore trouser-led ensembles, with Angela in a leather top and trousers and Natasha flashing her bra in a sheer green shirt which she sported with high-waisted pinstripe trousers and a chunky belt.

The models dressed in adorable outfits in cream and blue hues for the presentation.

3, Anyone that makes any remark about Ashley or her looks/outfits needs eye testing. She's the sweetest actress you could get, not a "sour faced poser" and her dress looks prettier than a bin liner... o.O - MiniAliceGreene , Oxford, 11/9/2012 18:31-----------------She's very striking. I agree she's pretty but she kind of has eyes that are too far spaced apart and her nose is very pinched and upturned at the bottom. I don't know if she had work done on it, but it wasn't a very good job as it's too small for her face.
