Octomom secures $2,000-a-month rented home for brood of 14 children with money made from solo adult film

She had been rejected by numerous homeowners who didn't want to rent to her due to her notoriety.

But Octomom has finally sealed a deal on a new home for her and her 14 children to live.

And according to TMZ, the 37-year-old, whose real name is Nadya Suleman, is paying for her new digs with the money she earned from a solo adult movie she made a few months ago.

Suleman has also made sure she will not default on payments by paying eight months of $2,150-a-month rent in advance, in addition to a rather large deposit.

Octomom's new home is located in Palmdale California.

The property has plenty of room to fit her huge brood, featuring five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a very spacious 14, 000 ft backgarden for her children to play in.

The sprawling abode also features a three-car garage, a gazebo and a gated pool, featuring a spa and slide.

Suleman will be relocating to the new home soon after a long search for a property following the foreclosure of her old house.

Earlier this month, it had been reported that the Suelman was rejected by numerous homeowners who didn't want to rent to her due to her notoriety.

Despite having obtained funds through stripping and starring in her porn video, it seemed that Octomom was going to face homelessness once again.

According to TMZ, the mother of 14 found a house to rent for $2,700 a month In Orange County.

However her application was reportedly rejected immediately even though the brunette allegedly had offered to pay seven months’ rent upfront.

The website claimed that Octomom’s agent was told: ‘They do not want to subject the neighbours to the media involved with the client.’

TMZ also alleged that it was the third home which has rejected Octomom, leaving her in fear that she won’t be able to find anywhere that will accept her.

Octomom filmed her adult video, in which she stars alone, when facing bankruptcy.

Combined with a new career as a stripper, the film has enabled her to save her home and keep her family together.

'This is the way to make the most money,' she recently explained.

And she said that before her financial difficulties she had other plans.

'I had planned to go back to school and finish my masters. I had to make money quick because I had 14 mouths to feed.'

And she said her career change had been a success.

'We're in a much much better place right now and I'm extremely positive.'

Nadya also premiered her new single on CelebBuzz, Sexy Party.

Perhaps I'm missing something but... $2000 a month? To be fair for a pad like that that's not bad. Think about it, after the version that's what? £1400-500? Bearing in mind a grotty little place in England these days usually has to be shared at around 600-800 a month, many homes cost around the same price as this one and certainly don't have the same luxuries. I don't know, I could be wrong, but if I'm not... it gives you some indication to how expensive stuff is here doesn't it?

QUI BONO time here. Somebody in the background is making money out of this beleaguered woman. She can't be totally stupid if she is able to work on a Masters Degree. She ought to set up day care for the neighbors and start teaching their kids how to swim. That alone will cover her bills. That pool makes for a comfy party zone for her new 'adult' buddies. She can rent it out as a location shoot. Palmdale is on the north side of LaLa land and not close to Hollyweird. Its actually closer to the wide open spaces of local deserts. The U.S mil has several large bases in that area. IMHO, I see that market as to why her backers moved here there.

doesnt seem like a very smart move it means shes ALWAYS going to have to find rent from somewhere. She cant make mortgage payments but can come up with 2k a month for rent!? Her mortgage repayments cant have been HIGHER then that could they!?
