Pregnant Gisele Bundchen keeps zen with a relaxing Tai Chi class

When it comes to her second pregnancy it seems Gisele Bundchen is making sure she keeps completely balanced and relaxed.

The 30-year-old supermodel was spotted returning from a relaxing Tai Chi class today.

The Brazilian stunner showed just how quickly her pregnancy figure is blossoming, displaying her growing baby bump in a black sleeveless T-shirt.

The former Victoria's Secret star paired the top with some baggy black trousers and tennis shoes.

With her hair tied back in a ponytail and a cap shielding her face from the sun, you could just catch a glimpse of her glowing make-up free visage.

Gisele strolled through the streets of Boston chatting on her mobile phone as she made her way back home.

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits.

Training traditionally involves five elements, taolu (solo hand and weapons routines/forms), neigong & qigong (breathing, movement and awareness exercises and meditation), tuishou (response drills) and sanshou (self defense techniques).

Gisele's outing today comes as she recently stepped out for a night out on town with her husband, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

Over the weekend, the couple made their way through a crowd of well-wishers at a charity, again with Gisele's baby bump again showing prominently through her casual long-sleeved top.

Tom walked ahead of his pregnant wife, holding her by the hand protectively at Kings Bowl, a bowling alley in the heart of Boston's Back Bay.

The couple were attending Mayo Bowl 2012, the third annual charity event hosted by New England Patriot player Jerod Mayo.

The celebrity bowling event and VIP party benefits the Pitching in for Kids charity and the Boston Medical Center.

It was first reported back in May that Gisele and her American football player husband, who also have a son Benjamin, two, were expecting another baby.

She was then spotted in Costa Rica in July, sporting a grey triangle bikini which highlighted her blooming figure, confirming the worst-kept secret.

Gisele, who grew up with five sisters, said previously that she would like to have a big family with Tom, who has three sisters.

'I'd be lying if I said no to wanting a lot of kids,' she said in 2007.

And the couple certainly have plenty of room for an expanded brood, as the family recently completed work on a £20million, 22,000-square-foot mansion in Brentwood, California.
