Flawless flower: Fresh-faced Anna Friel sets the tone at Alice Temperley Catwalk show in fitted blue dress

She's no stranger to the fashion scene, so it comes as no surprise that Anna Friel was front row at the Alice Temperley Catwalk show on Sunday (yesterday).

Anna was pictured in deep concentration as she set her sights on the British couturier’s new collection at London Fashion Week.

Standing out in a blue silk dress, the 36-year-old looked beautiful as she enjoyed the show which was complete with stunning designs.

Anna, who lives with Notting Hill star Rhys Ifans in Los Angeles, wore a long sleeved mini-dress which was beautified by shades of green and orange used to make up floral patterns.

Wearing her hair up in a loose ponytail, the former Brookside actress kept her make-up simple.

A pair of blue suede colour blocking heels, a black leather studded drawstring bag and aviator styled sunglasses completed her look.

As she took in the latest trends, the Pushing Daisies starlet was seen pulling a funny face as she chatted away with British model and socialite Poppy Delevigne.

Anna, who will be back on the West End stage next month in a production of Chekhov’s Uncle Vanya, was joined by supermodel Jacquetta Wheeler and pop sensation Pixie Lott.

Other guests at Covent Garden’s Connaught Rooms included Jade Parfitt and Jasmine Guinness.

However there was no sign of another Temperley fan, Pippa Middleton.

Last week with hardy any make-up on, Anna attended the after party of Hedda Gabler, at Baltic, in London.

Despite the good vibes at the party brunette Anna kept a stern face as she arrived at the venue but made up for it with her outstanding look.

Anna wore a light bronze coloured dress that reflected the light and highlighted her barefaced beauty even more so.
