She looks so young - it's Scary. Youthful at 50, Heather Locklear makes her comeback on comedy movie.

She found fame playing spoiled socialite Sammy Jo Carrington - who doubtless would never have allowed herself to age without the help of the surgeon's knife.

And as she strolled in the sunshine on the set of her new film, Scary Movie 5, it looked like time has certainly been kind to Dynasty actress Heather Locklear.

As she prepares to celebrate her 51st birthday on Tuesday, the blonde Eighties star looked at least a decade younger as she stepped out in a revealing black top and tight black jeans that flattered her slender figure.

Heather has long been the subject of plastic surgery rumours, thanks to her line-free, taut skin and glowing complexion.

But while she has previously denied ever having any surgery, she conceded that it is something she may consider 'in the future'.

She admitted: 'I think [plastic surgery] is great!' she has said. Especially since I’m at an age now where all my friends talk about it. No one’s done it yet, but it’s all they talk about.…

'Sometimes I look at this [points under her chin]... I think it would be scary, but hey, I’m not against it at all. At all.'

It is 31 years since Heather found fame on the soap opera that launched her as a star.

Her all American good looks turned her into a star and she went on to marry Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee in May 1986, with the couple divorcing in August 1993.

Following their divorce, she married Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora in December 1994 in Paris, with whom she has a daughter Ava, now 14 and a budding actress and model.

They divorced in 2007 and Heather announced her engagement to her former Melrose Place co-star and boyfriend of four years Jack Wager in August 2011.

However, the couple called off their engagement just three months later.

Heather has had her fair share of trouble. She has previously checked into medical facilities for psychological issues including anxiety and depression.

And in January this year, Heather's older sister Colleen called 911 when she believed she was in danger after reportedly taking prescription drugs and alcohol.

Emergency services responded and Heather was taken to Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks, Los Angeles, but was reported to be out of danger the following day.

But she is now making a comeback yesterday she was seen on the set of her new film, Scary Movie 5 in Atlanta, Georgia.

She will play the mother of a young dancer, played by High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale.

Her character is said to be inspired by the nightmare mother played by Barbara Hershey in Black Swan.

She has also recently had a guest role on US sitcom Hot in Cleveland.

she looks great...but why doesnt she just admit she had "help" theres no shame in it and I would respect her honesty. She is kidding herself if she thinks anyone believes her.....regardles, she looks great

Her face was fine. A pity she tampered with nature. She is very pretty still but the the work she's had done is what one notices first - a shame.
