Working on the over nighters I found out that Steven has a reputation for having a short temper. Jason told me that Steven can be 'intense.' I was told by Justin when we were in Blossom Hill, that he tore down a Project Team members plano, saying, what the **** is this ****. Again, not becoming of a manager to curse at his employee.
Steven cherry picks which questions to answer. During our last one on one he didn't answer many of my questions or concerns. I just got dirty looks to the questions he didn't answer. What is the policy of traveling to another store when you are already on the clock.
During one of our over nighters Steven talked about having some of us going to 142 to help out. Is driving to another store while on the clock against Best Buy policy? Would Best Buy be held liable if an employee was injured while driving on the clock? This didn't happen. I just want to know what Best Buys policy is on the matter. & if it is against Best Buy policy you need to ask Steven why he brought it up.
Another member told me that Steven had his team work a 20hr shift in SF a while back. Isn't that against the law?
I sent Steven nice emails. I told him his review of my was unbiased & professional. I got no reply. When we had a conference call one member was whistling while Steven was talking. I emailed Steven saying that the whistling was annoying & disrespectful. I got no reply. I thanked Steven for staying calm when he was telling me about the things I 'didn't do properly.' No email.
The budget for the time being spent is flawed. It doesn't take into account complications, other problems & the persons experience. It took Steven 3 hrs to finish the musical instrument plano cause there were many problems. The minutes for this plano is less. If it takes Steven that long imagine how long it would take someone with less experience.
I think the Project team needs to be investigated. I was told that while doing work in Hawaii you had members urinating out of cars & 'mooning' people out of cars among other vile behavior. I have names of the people who told me this. They need to realize they represent Best Buy & need to act accordingly & be on their best behavior. This was before Steven.
Did you tell Steven about the rubber band accident? Cause it was a daily routine when I was doing over nighters on Ryans. I was even hit once from behind. To be fair to Steven, I didn't see any rubber band shooting last week when he was at 142 doing a over nighter with the project team.
These issues are serious. They deal with my health & disability, & possible illegalities on stevens part. I have been a model employee at Best Buy for over 6 years. Then all of a sudden I join the Project team & become a totally screw up, who is totally incompetent. Sorry, that doesn't add up. It's called lack of communication & poor training which falls on the feet of Steven, As I stated prior. My last GM gave me a 5 for job performance. You know very well, getting a 5 is very rare. I always performed well in all my job duties at Best Buy.
I did it hands on training doing over nighters on Ryans team, but I was never given hands on training for security devices which is what I asked for, & they know that.
