And it would seem crop is the word of the moment for Miley Cyrus, who showed off her toned and taut tum in a skimpy black top on Friday night.

Mingling backstage as a guest presenter at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, the 19-year-old singer flaunted her trim figure in an eye-catching ensemble.

Miley's roll-neck crop top only just protected her modesty, with a hint of one of her many tattoos poking out from underneath the garment, which she teamed with a metallic silver high-waisted skirt.

A skinny Moschino belt, towering leopardprint platform heels and her now signature platinum blonde crop completed the teen star's look.

The Last Song actress made sure to make the most of her time backstage, and was spotted hobnobbing with singer Gwen Stefani.

Miley also chatted to singer Jon Bon Jovi, with the pair cutting a playful duo as they pulled comical faces towards the camera.

The former child star is hanging backstage at the two-day music festival as a guest presenter, where she will chat to performers and celebrity guests.

Miley, who recently got engaged to boyfriend Liam Hemsweorth, has been sporting a newly trimmed-down figure for some time now as a result of her strict exercise regime, which sees her attend Pilates classes sometimes twice a day.

While she has defended herself against accusations of an eating disorder, she has vociferously promoted her 'gluten-free diet'.

Recently she took to her Twitter page to debunk the rumours, claiming her weight loss was due to a dietary allergy.

Wow. Among other things, this photo proves that Jon is not as tall as advertised. She is 5'4" and even if she was wearing 5" heels, she is equal or even taller than him in the photos (including the full range of shots found on other sites) akky, USA
