It's a blessing g she is home with her family now. It's tough the first few months, but must've been so sad for her to be in hospital for two weeks without her children. Glad she is ok now!

So glad that she is better. There's is the only celebrity reality show that I watched because it was a positive look at mature adults putting the creation of a loving, healthy, nurturing home for their children first. Family should be a soft 'place' to fall. They are gentle and kind human beings. Where ever you come from, be it a mansion or dirt floored hut, what is more important than that? Good health and happiness to them all.

Having a section is not "giving birth" at all!!! - just me, just here, 27/09/2012 20:27 I beg to differ. Doesn't matter how a baby arrives, their mother has still given birth.

Although I have never experienced pregnancy and childbirth, to those criticising C-sections, especially just me, just here, 27/9/2012 21:27, saying 'Having a section is not "giving birth" at all,' do you rather the child and even the mother do not survive birth for the sake of natural labour? Seriously, as far as I'm concermed there is no right or wrong way in the type of labour a woman has, as long as both mother and baby are safe and healthy, isn't that what is most important, or do you rather they die to fit in with your warpped point of view? If not, have a heart and some empathy, it's not difficult and doesn't cost you a thing. Just to point out the Roman emporar Julius Caeser was born by Caesarian section, hence the name! All the best to Tori and her family from London, UK.

I gave birth via an emergency c section earlier this year, trust me it is giving birth. I also ended up back in hospital afterwards due to a severe internal infection. leave the poor women alone, she has obviously had a tough time and being away from her children must of been horrible for her. Best wishes and a speedy recovery.

30 year old?? I don't think so she must be 40. It's early 90s when she was in 90210 and she was 21+ then

Glad she is home and on the road to recovery, and hope she gives her body time to recover completely before getting pregnant again.

To just me... A c-section IS giving birth, hell, if baby gets out, it has achieved birth, irregardless of how it gets out. I had a caesarian section 6 years ago to GIVE BIRTH to my son, and it was a very peaceful, calm birth. No pain, no discomfort and luckily no complications so he and I could get on with getting to know each other without interruption. Good luck to Ms Spelling and her family

From what I have read about her, she seems a lovely and grounded person. I am appalled by some of the nasty comments about her looks on here.

I am glad that she is feeling better. Their's is the only personal reality show that I would watch, because it's a positive example of mature adults behaving with dignity. They have put creating a loving, peaceful, nurturing environment for their children as top priority. Family should be a soft 'place' to fall. They come from Hollywood and money but remain kind, gentle, generous human beings. Good for them!
